Abstract

Se proporciona un sistema de montaje del componente de la carrocería del vehículo, a lo largo de una trayectoria de transporte (85) para una carrocería de vehículo (12), un área de trabajo de montaje de componentes superiores (97) utilizando un sistema de producción celular, un área de trabajo de montaje de componentes centrales (104) en el que la carrocería del vehículo (12) es transportada por un transportador aéreo (93), y un área de trabajo de montaje del componente inferior (103) utilizando el sistema de producción celular en este orden. Componentes distintos de los componentes principales están montados en la carrocería del vehículo (129 utilizando el sistema de producción celular. El sistema de producción celular es adaptable al aumentar el número de cajas de componentes, y por lo tanto se evita un aumento en la longitud de la línea. El aumento de la longitud de la línea se evita mediante el uso de un sistema de producción de la línea como base y también utilizando el sistema de producción celular como parte del mismo.
