Abstract
La presente técnica se relaciona con un dispositivo de descodificación y un método de descodificación, y un dispositivo de codificación y un método de codificación, capaz de realizar codificación y descodificación independientemente en la dirección de tiempo para cada mosaico. Una unidad de descodificación genera una imagen de predicción al realizar, para cada uno de los mosaicos, compensación de movimiento de una imagen de referencia dentro de un mosaico co-ubicado basado en información divisible del mosaico que indica que la descodificación se permite para cada uno de los mosaicos y la información de vector de movimiento que representa un vector de movimiento utilizado para generar datos codificados de una imagen actual objetivo de descodificación cuando un cuadro de la imagen actual se divide en los mosaicos y descodifica. La unidad de descodificación descodifica los datos codificados utilizando la imagen de predicción. La presente técnica es aplicable a un dispositivo de descodificación, por ejemplo.
