Abstract

La invención se refiere al campo de ingeniería mecánica, y particularmente, a bombas de desplazamiento positivo de tipo paleta multietapas que pueden ser utilizadas para elevar fluido de pozos de petróleo; la bomba consiste en etapas dispuestas sobre un eje común; cada etapa comprende un rotor, un estator, paletas de separación, cámaras de trabajo, una tapa inferior con puertos de entrada y una tapa superior con puertos de salida; el rotor está producido en forma de un lóbulo; el estator está formado de dos casquillos concéntricos situados sobre una base y tiene un espacio anular entre los mismos; se proveen ranuras en el casquillo interior y en la base para el movimiento de las paletas; las paletas están conectadas entre sí por un elemento de sincronización; los puertos están situados opuestos a las cámaras, en ambos lados de las paletas; las caras de extremo de las tapas de etapas adyacentes están unidas para formar una cavidad anular, que se comunica con el espacio de la etapa anterior; el objetivo de la invención es incrementar la confiabilidad de la bomba, simplificar el diseño y reducir su costo de fabricación, permitiendo al mismo tiempo el bombeo de fluidos con un alto contenido de partículas abrasivas.
