Abstract
The inventive motor has at least two electromagnets located around the rotor and other two electromagnets located in the inner portion of the frame, where the electromagnets of the rotor are opposite the frame electromagnets, where all the elements are completely independent and may be activated in an independent manner or all together, allowing the system to act as a normal electric engine and as an electromagnetic coupling system between two parts, which enable the whole mechanism to act as a part of a main system.
