Abstract

Bandas de rodamiento de llanta, que tienen uno o más módulos repetitivos, cada módulo repetitivo que comprende módulos individuales que tienen bloques de banda de rodamiento con entalladuras formadas ahí y cada módulo que tiene una longitud de módulo de entre 15 mm y 35 mm. Tales bandas de rodamiento también pueden tener una densidad Dw de entalladuras ponderada, promedio, de entre 10 mm-1 y 37 mm-1, la cual se determina a través de la divulgada Ecuación 2 de abajo. Los bloques de banda de rodamiento también se forman a partir de una composición de caucho basada en un elastómero de dieno, un sistema plastificante y un sistema de reticulación, en donde la composición de caucho tiene una temperatura de transición vítrea de entre -40°C y -15°C y un módulo G* de cizallamiento medido a 60°C de entre 0.5 MPa y 1.1 MPa.
