Abstract
Un sistema y método basado en desecante para el acondicionamiento de aire incluye una primera unidad situada remotamente respecto a un área en la que se ha de controlar el ambiente. Se sitúan unidades adicionales respectivamente dentro de las áreas en las que se desea el acondicionamiento de aire. Cada una de las unidades adicionales se conecta a la primera unidad de modo que el desecante se pueda transferir entre cada una de las unidades adicionales y la primera unidad. Se puede transferir desecante frio, sin diluir desde la primera unidad a al menos una de las unidades adicionales de modo que el aire ambiente en la localización de la unidad adicional se pueda deshumidificar y refrigerar. Cada una de las unidades adicionales son controlables por separado, de modo que los ambientes respectivos que rodean a las unidades adicionales se puedan mantener a niveles diferentes de humedad y temperatura.
