Abstract
Bactericide and fungicide solution based on enzymes and natural oils, a product 100 % organic, non-toxic neither to human use or consumption nor to the environment or warm-blooded animals.
Description
BACTERICIDE AND FUNGICIDE SOLUTION BASED ON NATURAL ENZYMES AND OILS
BACKGROUND
Nowadays, the agricultural industry faces serious problems with bacteria and fungi, which they have tried to solve with some chemical and toxic products, which through poisons, eliminate these pests.
The vast majority of crop problems that we know as diseases are caused by pathogenic microorganisms. These agents when attacking the fruits cause losses directly, making them unfit for consumption (or decrease consumer preference); likewise, they affect other parts of the plant that reduce the vigor of the plant.
The World Health Organization defines a phytosanitary product as "the substance or mixture of substances intended to prevent the action of, or directly destroy, insects, mites, molluscs, rodents, fungi, weeds, bacteria and other forms of animal life. or vegetable harmful to public health and also to agriculture ".
Bactericides and fungicides fall into the classification of pesticides, which have advantages such as rapid effect, wide availability, high efficiency; but it also has many disadvantages such as causing a biological imbalance, resurgence of the pest, appearance of new pests, development of resistance (which is very important), contamination of the environment, presence of toxic waste in food.
Bactericide is a chemical that inhibits the metabolism of bacteria until it is destroyed
Fungicides are the products that serve to fight fungi, acting by altering the metabolism of the fungus or its cellular sture. The former include copper, aromatic organic phenols, quinones, oxatives and phosphoric derivatives, the latter include sulfur, thiuran, dodine, imidazoles, benzinidazoles, pyrimidines, triazoles, piperazines and morphines and substituted anilides. Others can have both actions according to the compound.
Different types of application are used, the spray being the most common, be it by plane, tractor or backpack. However, being all these chemicals and highly toxic, it is
they have some other problems, for example, once the spraying is done, you should wait several days to be able to harvest, since it is necessary that the product is naturally eliminated. Another problem is the contamination of the soil and the phreatic blankets, always remembering that it is a toxic product. Not only the environment, people who apply these products may be affected due to the degree of contamination of them. They also require an investment for the protection of personnel who apply the product due to its high toxicity.
There are some organic products that reduce the toxicity of both the environment and the personnel that apply it, however its durability is maximum of 10 days, and the product must be applied again, causing costs to the producer.
On the other hand, there are different types of bacteria and fungi that damage plants, so you must find and hire a trained person to determine what is the pest and choose according to your knowledge the appropriate chemical, with that the costs in this task increase.
Another situation that occurs constantly, is that pests create different resistance to these products. Therefore, each time the doses are higher, increasing the degrees of toxicity and causing serious contamination problems.
Fungi can occur not only before the harvest, but after it, when the dry grain is stored or stored in silos and warehouses. So in places like these, where you have the right elements for their formation, darkness and humidity, it is important to protect the crop with products that eliminate them, thus avoiding mycotoxins.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
With the present invention, we present a bactericidal and fungicidal solution formulated based on enzymes and natural oils, completely organic product, not toxic for human use or consumption, but highly harmful for bacteria and fungi. That also does not need new technologies for its application, but uses the same forms used in the matter, and
which must be reapplied after 6 weeks of the last application, with which the costs for treatment decrease considerably, including labor. This bactericidal and fungicidal solution formulated with enzymes and natural oils, is broad spectrum, ending with the vast majority of the nation's bacteria and fungi.
This product is systemic, acropetalo and asinpetalo, using, as indicated above, the same forms of application, but more kindly. And its waste does not pollute the aquifer mantle. However, when applied in dry grain, a thermal fogger should be used.
Obtaining an effectiveness of elimination of bacteria and fungi, in one application, with a protection of up to 30 days. In other words, the solution is applied and a protection of up to a month in the foliage and up to a year in dry grain is provided. This solution can be used as a curative or preventive product without distinction.
Being an organic product, it does not harm the person who applies. And it does not affect the grain, neither on the foliage, nor after harvested, turned into dry grain. Because the solution acts only on bacteria and fungi, it has no impact on human health.
DESCRIPTION
The characteristic details of this novel bactericidal and fungicidal solution, formulated based on enzymes and natural oils, are clearly shown in this description.
This product is systemic, acropetalo and asinpetalo. It is suggested that it be applied in the morning or in the afternoon, however, for those applications at noon a nonionic adhesive is suggested.
The bactericidal and fungicidal solution, formulated with enzymes and natural oils, is composed of the following enzymes and natural oils.
Saponins percentage range of formulation between 45 and 49%.
Phenols and flavonoids percentage range of formulation 5 and 7%.
Amino acids percentage range of formulation between 4 and 7%.
Conditioners percentage range of formulation between 35 and 40%.
In the formulation process, a sequential mixture of each of the enzymes and other compounds is carried out. In other words, these are mixed in a stainless steel container for 20 minutes for 70 liters at 70 revolutions per minute.
Once the preparation is done, the solution has a shelf life of 3 years. And as I mentioned earlier, it does not affect the harvest, nor the applicators, much less the consumer.
Once the formula is ready, it is only poured into a plastic container for application at a rate of 10 ml per liter of water. This formula applies one liter per hectare, if applied preventively, to avoid bacteria and fungi in the harvest and 2 liters per hectare if it is curative, when the harvest already has bacteria and fungi.
It is suggested that the product be sprinkled or sprinkled on the crop by plane (watering up to 80 liters), on a tractor (watering between 400 and 800 liters) or in a manual or motorized backpack with an ultra-low volume nozzle to use only 200 liters of water. solution for a hectare of harvest and have an effective control of the problem of bacteria and fungi, this process is done again after 4 weeks. That is, the above-mentioned amount of our formula is mixed with the amount of irrigation water, depending on the application form. It is important to note that the mix of our formulation will depend on the pH in the water, since it should only be mixed with water with neutral pH. That is between 6 and 6.5 units. It should not be mixed with potassium, calcium or magnesium.
Being a highly economic product, considering the cost per treatment. And effective for fungi and bacteria.
It is a natural product obtained from animal enzymes, non-toxic to warm-blooded animals, harmless to human health and the environment. It does not contaminate the aquifer vessels or the subsoil. It eliminates fungi and bacteria in the foliage and then, in dry grain by application of thermonebulizer.
To be used in dry grain should be added a mineral oil that works as a transport protein in a ratio of 70% of our solution and 30% of the mineral oil, this to avoid that when going through the thermonebulizer, heat applied to the solution modify the characteristics.
In this case, the latter should be placed in the lower part of the silo or the warehouse and when dropping the grain, the evaporated solution sprays the grain with ultra low volume nozzles, purifying them. With what the grain is protected for up to a year, in these conditions of humidity and darkness.
