Abstract
Se presenta una técnica para generar una señal de referencia para su uso en un sistema de comunicación en el cual se definen múltiples secuencias base de generación de señales de referencia. Un método de implementación de la técnica comprende generar una primera secuencia de señales de referencia a partir de una primera secuencia base y una segunda secuencia de señales de referencia a partir de una segunda secuencia base. En una etapa siguiente, se genera una señal de referencia que comprende la primera secuencia de señales de referencia y la segunda secuencia de señales de referencia. La primera secuencia de señales de referencia ocupa un primer fragmento espectral de la señal de referencia, y la segunda secuencia de señales de referencia ocupa un segundo fragmento espectral de la señal de referencia. El segundo fragmento espectral y el primer fragmento espectral no se solapan.
