Description
PROTECTIVE CLOTHING FOR BABY GATE.
TECHNICAL FIELD
This invention relates to protective clothing. Specifically, the present invention refers to a new protective clothing for babies that perform the crawling activity, which can be of one or two views, which offers the advantage of being placed on the baby's clothes easily through three strategically placed fastening points. not to disturb the baby while crawling, is composed of a pair of fabrics sewn to a cushioned element, thus protecting the baby from coldness, scrapes and impact on chest, abdomen, leg, leg, including the foot in the area known as instep and his knees through a pair of patches and padded knee protectors, while protecting the baby's clothes from dirt; by means of a pair of biases, one around the clothing and another at the height of the chest we provide firmness to the piece. This dress will help the baby to realize the beneficial activity of the crawling while we offer solution to the observations of the parents.
BACKGROUND
Document US 7,975,634 B1 dated July 12, 2011, from inventor Dugan Kirsten, discusses a "baby leggings with pad and patch" made of lycra; it only protects legs and knees, the fabric used is tight to the body so it requires time to remove the baby's clothes, unlike the present invention characterized by being a protective clothing for baby crawling with one or both eyes, formed by a pair of fabrics sewn to a cushioned element, easily placed on the baby's clothes, thanks to its 3 attachment points only requires fastening
the garment to the baby's body and thus allows free movement without feeling any pressure, also protects it from coldness, scrapes and impact on chest, abdomen, leg, leg, including the foot in the area known as instep and knees through a pair of padded knee pads and protectors, while protecting the baby's clothes from dirt; by means of a pair of biases, one around the clothing and another at the height of the chest we provide firmness to the piece.
The international publication WO2013066142A1 dated May 10, 2013, by the inventor Góngora Montes Lucia Vanessa consists of a "crawling suit for babies" complete with long sleeves, which makes it difficult to put it on the clothes that the baby has on being a complete garment it is easy for the baby to raise its body temperature and interrupt the activity of crawling to stop perspiring, protect knees and feet, unlike the present invention which is characterized as a protective clothing for crawling of baby with one or double view, formed by a pair of fabrics stitched to a cushioned element, easily placed on the baby's clothes, thanks to its 3 attachment points only requires to attach the garment to the baby's body and thus allows free movement without feeling some type of pressure, also protects it from coldness, scrapes and impact on chest, abdomen, leg, leg, including the foot in the area known as instep and s we knees through a pair of patches and padded knee protectors, while protecting the baby's clothes from dirt, by means of a pair of biases, one around the clothing and another at chest height we provide firmness to the piece.
The international publication W02005082181A1 with publication date September 9, 2005, by the inventor Muñoz Rodríguez Inmaculada,, discusses a trouser with bibs, feet
and knee pads to protect the child and their clothing while crawling, to overlap on the baby's clothing, however being a full overall makes it difficult to place the garment, can generate heat in the baby while crawling, and covers the feet risk of slipping while walking, unlike the present invention that is characterized as a protective clothing for crawling of baby with one or two eyes, formed by a pair of fabrics sewn to a cushioned element, easily placed on the baby's clothes, thanks to its 3 attachment points it only requires to attach the garment to the baby's body and thus allows free movement without feeling any type of pressure, also protects it from coldness, scrapes and impact on chest, abdomen, leg, leg, including the foot in the area known as the instep and its knees through a pair of patches and padded knee protectors, to the it protects baby's clothes from dirt; by means of a pair of biases, one around the clothing and another at the height of the chest we provide firmness to the piece.
Problem to be solved: Little is known about the benefits of crawling for the development of a baby, often parents or adults assigned to the care of this do not allow them to crawl because they are worried that they hurt or dirty their clothes or body, and this is how most babies do not crawl enough and parents decide to ride them in walkers or place them in small pens that limit their space for exploration.
Resolution of the problem: Through the use of the present invention, the protective clothing for baby crawling offer a solution to the objections of parents for their babies to crawl, since it is a padded garment that protects it from coldness, scrapes and impact on chest, abdomen, leg, leg, including the foot in the area known as the instep and knees through a pair of patches and protectors
For padded knee, with the bias placed on the edges and chest of the garment we offer firmness to the piece, through its points and means of attachment the garment is retained from the baby's body, resulting in easy placement of the garment without worry that the clothes are poorly accommodated or that the clothing puts pressure on the baby's body resulting in discomfort and thus stopping the realization of the crawling; while protecting the baby's clothes from dirt.
It is for the mentioned benefits that the parents and / or adults in charge of the care of the baby should allow him to crawl for at least 6 to 18 months, and accompany this activity with the protective clothing for baby crawling.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
The crawling is the result of an evolution in the control of the body. It is a harmonic, symmetrical, coordinated movement that provides the column with quick and effective relief from the first days of exercise, helps them strengthen and develop vision, tactility, speech, balance, arm muscles, legs, back and neck, as well as the joints of your entire body. Through the crawling the baby develops his senses and develops autonomy, as he begins to decide where to go and where to move, which is essential for him to learn to make his own decisions.
The present invention refers to a new protective clothing for crawling of babies that can be of one or two view, for babies that perform the activity of crawling from 6 to 18 months, for its design we rely on the movements of the baby and in the
need a simple and fast placement, we also take into account the following benefits of crawling:
1. Crawling is one of the bases for the cerebral and educational development of children. Thanks to the crawling process, the creation of neurological information routes between the two hemispheres facilitates the passage of essential information from one hemisphere to another, allowing the maturation of different cognitive functions
2 Develop the crossed pattern (the right arm is synchronized with the left foot and the left arm with the right foot), the neurological function that makes possible the organized and balanced body movement of the human body, also stimulates the functions of brain activity related to mathematical thinking, a child who does not crawl has difficulty solving problems and lack of coordination.
3. It develops the vestibular system, which is very important to activate the emission of signals from the two labyrinths of the ear to the cerebellum. This allows the baby to develop his perception, so he can know for sure where each and every point of his own body is. In this way the brain can order each particular party to act according to the needs that are presented in an orderly and independent manner.
4. It develops the visual convergence, it happens when the baby focuses both eyes at a point at a short distance, it is a great muscular exercise for the eyes and it is so important that, according to studies of optometrists, 98% of the children with strabismus did not crawl. Enough of little ones.
5. The crawling helps the child to determine the space that surrounds him, which motivates his neurological development by obtaining information from the environment.
6. - Helps to develop "hemispheric dominance", a process by which children's skills are increased; It is to be noted that the hemispheres will determine the use of the right or left part of the body in this or that action that the child performs.
7. The brain-eye coordination is developed through the crawling. When the child crawls, a distance similar to the distance between the two will be established between the eyes when reading and writing.
The present invention refers to a novel protective clothing for babies that perform the crawling activity, which can be of one or two views, which offers the advantage of being placed on the baby's clothes easily through 3 attachment points strategically placed for not bother the baby while crawling, is composed of a pair of fabrics sewn to a cushioned element, thus protecting the baby from coldness, scrapes and impact on chest, abdomen, leg, leg, including the foot in the area known as instep and knees through a pair of padded knee pads and protectors, while protecting the baby's clothes from dirt; by means of a pair of biases, one around the clothing and another at the height of the chest we provide firmness to the piece. This dress will help the baby to realize the beneficial activity of the crawling while we offer solution to the observations of the parents.
In the process of inventing our protective clothing for baby crawling, a first priority was the freshness in the baby's skin to avoid possible allergies due to sweating and contact with certain surfaces, we seek to avoid adding additional weight to the baby so that his movements are naturally free and fluid, we looked for key points for the means of subjection and that through them the garment would be held to the anatomy of the baby and that at the same time the complete frontal body and its knees would be protected by means of cushioning.
The materials, shape, size and disposition of the elements will be susceptible to variations as long as this does not imply an alteration to the essence of the invention.
The terms in which this descriptive report has been described must always be taken in a broad and non-restrictive manner.

BEST METHOD FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The molds are taken for the realization of the full body of the protective clothing for crawling of baby, the cut of the fabrics and cushioned element is made together with a surplus for the seams, we proceed to join the fabric C1 to the cushioned element C2 and this to turn to the C3 fabric.
The bias is made on edges of the garment to hold the textile fibers and in turn the bias of the chest.
The cuts are made to the knee patches and cushioned knee protectors, these are joined together and then joined to the C1 fabric, in case the padded knee protectors are removable the patch is sewn except in its part top to leave the openings in the patches and the fasteners are placed.
The ribbons are cut and sewn to the body of the garment to later place the means of attachment on the neck, waist and ankles whose function is to open / retain.
In case the protective clothing for baby crawling is double-blind, the same process is replicated and the two pieces are joined.
