Abstract
Un método para la recuperación de calor de un aparato de enfriamiento de túnel que comprende una o varias celdas de enfriamiento para productos de enfriamiento en los contenedores por medio de un agente de enfriamiento que circula en un circuito refrigerante, que comprende un intercambiador de calor; que incluye los pasos de: controlar la cantidad circulante del refrigerante y controlar la temperatura del refrigerante; en donde tanto la cantidad circulante como la temperatura del refrigerante se miden y controlan con base en las comparaciones con parámetros predefinidos, de manera que se optimice el rendimiento térmico del intercambiador de calor.
