Abstract
Un método de sincronización hombre-máquina y dispositivo de un ventilador invasivo que opera en un modo de ventilación no invasiva. El método comprende los pasos de: medición de la presión de las vías respiratorias, un flujo inspiratorio, y un flujo espiratorio (S101); cálculo de un flujo de dispersión de gas de acuerdo al modelo de estimación de dispersión de gas y utilizando la presión de las vías respiratorias, el flujo inspiratorio y el flujo espiratorios (S102); y compensación de un flujo básico de acuerdo al flujo de dispersión de gas (S103). En el método anterior, el flujo de dispersión de gas se estima por medio del modelo de estimación de dispersión de gas, para compensar la dispersión de gas, por lo que, se facilita la ventilación no invasiva del ventilador invasivo y se mejora la sincronización hombre-máquina.
