Abstract

Una unidad plantadora para una máquina sembradora teniendo un medidor de semillas con un miembro dosificador. El miembro dosificador tiene una pared lateral con superficies interior y exterior y aberturas que se extienden a través de la pared lateral. El miembro dosificador está adaptado para adherir la semilla a las aberturas para mover secuencialmente la semilla a una posición de liberación en la cual la superficie interior de la pared lateral esta de cara hacia abajo de manera que la semilla está colgando debajo de la pared lateral. El sistema de entrega de semillas mecánico toma la semilla desde el miembro dosificador en la posición de liberación y controla el movimiento de la semilla desde el medidor de semillas a una ubicación de descarga adyacente al surco para semillas formado en la tierra debajo de la máquina sembradora.
