Abstract
La invención se refiere a un dispositivo y un método para recortar una tira de vidrio flotado que tiene una superficie normal o estructurada, que comprende los siguientes aspectos: a) un cursor cortador que tiene un riel de desplazamiento y un cursor cortador que tiene un riel de desplazamiento superior para un corte desde abajo para una superficie estructurada, o un corte superior para una superficie normal; donde ambos rieles de desplazamiento están dispuestos a un ángulo agudo con respecto a la dirección de desplazamiento de la tira de vidrio, y esa posición angulada puede ser ajustada; b) una pluralidad de rodillos de contrapresión para el cursor cortador inferior; c) un aparato de retención (6) que tiene un rodillo rompedor (20) y un rodillo sujetador frontal (21) para un corte inferior; d) un aparato sujetador (15) que tiene un rodillo rompedor (14) y un rodillo sujetador trasero (18) para un corte superior; e) aparatos (10, 11, 12) para medir la velocidad de avance de la tira de vidrio (11) y. la longitud actual de la tira de vidrio.
