Description

SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF COSMETO-COMPRESSION CLOTHING Cross reference to related requests The present application claims priority to the provisional patent application of E.U.A. with serial number 61 / 441,457, filed on February 10, 2011, entitled "Cosmetology-Compression Clothing Systems and Methods" and the provisional patent application of E.U.A. with serial number 61 / 441,526, published on February 10, 2011, entitled "Clothing Washing Treatment Systems and Methods", both of which are hereby incorporated by reference in their entirety.
Field of the invention The present invention relates to clothing that provides health benefits during use. Very particularly, the present invention relates to garments that provide compression and supply of health products during use.
Antecedents Clothing and garments with associated health benefits have been known for centuries. Some garments are directed towards cosmetic or health treatments.
Cellulite is an important beauty concern for women. Some studies show that 85% of American women suffer from cellulite and about 40% of women with cellulitis are embarrassed by the condition and look for products to improve their appearance.
Compression garments have been used to improve the user's appearance, from the appearance of corsets and girdles. A contemporary example includes Spanx® garments for women. Compression garments are also well known for their post-surgical recovery effects, for example after cosmetic surgery.
Summary of the invention Some garments use textiles that are treated with cosmetic or health product to be released to the user during use. For example, some cosmeto-textiles use microencapsulation of a product for the skin or for health, for release over time or instant release when used. Another technology, known as the dermo-textile area, uses micro-particles of a health product to be imparted to the user. Several treated garment technologies have been used in the past in an attempt to treat cellulite. Since compression garments increase circulation, they can help speed up the healing process. Compression garments are also used to treat recurrent or chronic health problems such as the symptoms of diabetes or lymphoedema. One use is in the treatment of varicose veins.
Clothing covers a large part of the body most of the day or night, presenting an ideal opportunity for convenient transfer of cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, cosmeceuticals or other health or wellness treatments. The embodiments of the present inventions may use textiles that combine compression characteristics with cosmetotextiles or dermo-textiles in novel ways to produce health effects beneficial to the user. The embodiments of the present invention include garments and clothing using the present novel cosmeto-compression technology. As used herein, "cosmeto-compression" refers to garments that combine strategically placed regions of various compression textiles with cosmeto-textiles or dermo-textiles in a novel way to provide more and different benefits than are possible using existing technologies.
In various illustrative embodiments, the combination of compression and cosmeto-textile characteristics inherent in cosmeto-compression garments can greatly increase the benefits of garments by keeping the textile in contact with the skin. This contact can be used to ensure the uniform release of health preparations through the affected area, and They can be used to take advantage of the natural characteristics of the skin to trigger the release of health preparations in a controlled or predictable manner. In addition, the compressive aspect of the cosmeto-compression fabric can also add resistance to the movements of the user, which can contribute to the burning of calories and the tonicity and exercise of the underlying musculature.
In various embodiments, a textile fabric can be treated to receive, retain and release treatments of the garment such as firmness, cosmeceutical, pharmaceutical, wellness or cosmetic preparations. In various modalities, garment treatments may be liquids, creams or powders. Garment treatments can be applied through various delivery mechanisms, such as through liquid spraying, an atomizer, nebulizer, aerosol, through steam, soaking, infusion or other delivery mechanisms as are known in the art. of textile treatment. Some embodiments of the present cosmeto-compression garments can be treated incidental to the washing or cleaning of the garment, for example during washing, drying, ironing, dry cleaning or steam cleaning. In various embodiments, the cosmeto-compression textiles can be initially treated inherent to the manufacture, they can be initially treated inherent to the dyeing, they can be initially treated inherently; garment construction, can be treated initially as a part of a garment construction step, or they can be initially treated by an end user. The effectiveness of the cosmetics-compression textiles in accordance with the present invention can be periodically renewed as necessary by the user to reapply or re-supply the garment treatment, for example to "recharge" it.
In various embodiments, garment treatments may be release treatments over time. Other embodiments may use garment treatments configured to release their active ingredient (s) to the user substantially immediately upon donning or wearing the garment. Some embodiments of the present invention may utilize garment treatments in microcapsules. Other embodiments may use garment treatments in microparticles or nanoparticles that do not involve microcapsules.
Microcapsules and other garment treatments in accordance with the present invention, such as microcapsule treatments, may offer a "dry" hand even immediately after treatment. Treatments with microcapsules can be suspended in a supply fluid, such as a gas or a liquid, which can dissipate or evaporate after treatment, leaving behind the microcapsules. The active ingredient of the garment treatment may be contained within a microcapsule, and be released only in response to mechanical, thermal, chemical or moisture stimulation of the user's skin, and only directly on the wearer's skin. This may result in the ability to use the garments of the invention under other clothing or as an outer layer without any discernible "rubbing" or "soaking" of the garment treatment on other clothing or environmental surfaces.
In various embodiments, the release or activity of the active element of the treatment preparation may be triggered during use, such as * by circumstances inherent to use. For example, in the case of a modality using microcapsules containing a health preparation, the health preparation can be released as the microcapsules are broken. The microcapsules can be broken by friction, such as friction against the wearer's skin, pressure, temperature, such as the user's body heat, or other circumstances as known in the microcapsule art. Several examples of the microparticle, nanoparticle or microcapsule modalities of the cosmeto-compression garments of the present invention can release an active health preparation to the user based on binary activation, such as by the introduction of a second preparation. Other modalities can release active ingredients in response to temperature, pH of the skin, such as when triggered by sweat or skin oils of the wearer, by moisture, such as environmental humidity or moisture associated with user perspiration, or other mechanism as is known in the techniques of microcapsules, microparticles or nanoparticles. r In several modalities, the garment treatment can be permanent or semi-permanent. For example, the embodiment is provided with microparticles or nanoparticles of silver metal, for example for antibacterial effect. Other modalities may incorporate permanent or semi-permanent dermabrasion regions. For example, some embodiments may incorporate an embedded region of a persistent abrasive such as pumice or other abrasive as is known in the dermatological art.
The ability for the various embodiments of the present invention to receive, retain and release various cosmetic, welfare or pharmacological preparations may be a function of the textile fibers, or may be a result of post-fabrication processing, such as a surface treatment of Permanent fibers before or after the fibers are made in a textile, or during any staining or dyeing process.
In various embodiments, the garment treatments may be of a cosmetic nature, such as preparations Self-tanning, essential oils, humectants, glycolic acid, retinol, antioxidants, alpha hydroxylic acids, bleaches, brighteners or other cosmetic skin treatments are known in the dermatological art. In various embodiments, the garment treatments may be thinning, toning, firmness or body shape treatments, for example, calorie-burning treatments, or metabolic enhancers. In various modalities, garment treatments can be wellness treatments such as aromatherapies.
In various embodiments, the garment treatments may have a pharmacological activity, such as that provided by preparations that do not require medical prescription and pharmaceutical prescription treatments. In various modalities, treatments may include topical or transdermal skin treatments, corticosteroids, rubefacients, anti-irritants, antihistamines, anti-allergy, anti-inflammatory, anesthetic and analgesic preparations. Some embodiments of the present invention can be treated with pharmaceuticals to treat various skin conditions, for example to treat acne. For example, some modalities can be treated with benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. Some modalities can be treated with preparations for the treatment of acne scarring or other scarring of the skin, such as dermabrasion or lighteners.
Various embodiments of the cosmeto-compression garments of the present invention can be treated with garment treatments to alleviate muscle aches and muscular discomfort, for example of excess exercise, distension, or discomfort after exercise or work. For example, some modalities may release muscle softening rubefacients such as menthol or other topical analgesic. In some embodiments, the rate of release of the active ingredient from the garment treatment may be a function of the level of activity of the wearer, such as by the use of microcapsules that are broken in response to friction or pressure of the wearer's body.
Some embodiments of the cosmeto-compression garments of the present invention may use a performance improvement garment treatment, such as an energy stimulant, metabolic stimulant or a nervous or circulatory stimulant, for example to increase performance during a sporting event. or sports competition. Illustrative modalities. they include base layer garments such as T-shirts or resistance shorts treated with herbal or synthetic metabolic stimulants, such as a thermogenic formula.
Various garment embodiments in accordance with the present invention may incorporate compression fabrics for strength. In some modalities, compression can be oriented in one or more different directions, or it can be in all directions. In various modalities, the regions of resistance in a garment can be used to create uplift and support. For example, in various embodiments, textiles having a compression or stretch characteristic such as nylon spandex can be used. Various embodiments of the present invention may use panels bonded together, the joints between the panels may be created, in various embodiments, through thermal fusion, stitched seams or other bonding provisions as is known in the textile art. In some modalities, the garments can be seamless.
The embodiments of the garments of the present invention can be constructed of any synthetic fabric capable of being imparted with a compression feature, such as nylon, polyester, acrylic, polyolefin, rayon, acetate or other synthetic fiber cloth. Other embodiments may be constructed from natural fibers, or a blend of natural / synthetic fibers using a natural fiber, such as wool, cotton, linen, flax fiber, silk, jute, hemp, sisal, burlap or any other textile material. natural fiber capable of being incorporated into a textile imparted | with a compression characteristic. The regions of resistance can also be provided by the use of resistance bands incorporated in a basic textile garment. Resistance bands can be used to create specific directional resistance and can be used to create regions and directions of relatively high resistance. The embodiments of the present invention can be created using knitted or knitted textiles, or other non-directional or directional stretch fabrics and stitches as is known in the textile art.
In various embodiments of the present invention, textile fabrics having different levels of compression can be used to create variable "zones" of compression on the garment, for example in order to provide a particular level of compression force to an area such as appropriate or indicated. In various modalities, different panels can be provided with localized seams to reduce wear and tear of the garment, irritation to the wearer or both. Some embodiments of the cosmetho-compression garments of the present invention may incorporate regions or panels that do not have stretch characteristics.
Garments in accordance with the present invention may be men's garments, women's garments, unisex clothing and children's clothing. Another embodiment of the present invention is configured to be used by children 'with overweight and obese. Garments in accordance with the present invention may be for professional use, daytime use, overnight use, formal wear, undergarments, athletic garments, sleepwear, or any other type of clothing. For example, sleeveless shirts, camisoles, blouses, Capri pants, tights, shorts, lycra shorts, stockings and skirt-pants. The garments in accordance with the present invention can be worn alone or can be worn under other conventional clothing.
Existing cosmeto-textile, cosmeceutical and dermo-textile garments are available in various configurations. In some examples, the cosmeto-textile properties must be (recharged) periodically through the application of a garment treatment. In other examples, garment recharge is not possible; the garments are treated once during production, and their effectiveness subsequently decreases with use and washing, until they are finally "depleted" after 20-30 washes. Said systems therefore have the disadvantage that they only last a short time, after which they are only useful as regular clothes without associated cosmetic effect.
Other examples of existing cosmeto-textile or dermo-textile garments are periodically rechargeable by the user, such as by application of liquid spraying. These systems require the user to remove the garment from While it is still wet, turn it out and then spray the inside of the wet garment with a spray bottle, making sure not to apply too much or too little at any particular point. Said systems have the disadvantage of being very inconvenient for the user, and of requiring special interruption of the user's normal washing practices.
Various means of supply for laundry products are also known, such as detergents, fabric softeners and anti-static substances. For example, laundry detergent is generally supplied in the form of a liquid or powder to the water of a washing load in a washing machine or for hand washing. Other detergent supply systems include molded soluble packets. It is generally known that fabric softeners are supplied in the form of a liquid to the wash cycle, or in the form of a sheet in the drying cycle. Antistatic substances are generally supplied in accordance with the same delivery mechanisms.

Detailed description A. Compression garments for health benefit Compression fabrics as used in embodiments of the present invention may have various compression characteristics including one or more compression directions, one or more compression regions and one or more compression forces. Figure 1 illustrates a piece of a compression fabric 100. A compression direction for a particular textile as used herein refers to a direction along which a given linear measurement of the textile, along the direction of compression, will present a repeatable elastic deformation or "stretching" under the influence of a tension force along the direction of compression, of at least 25% of the given linear measurement, without permanently altering or damaging the textile. Each compression direction may have an associated compression force. As used herein, the compressive force refers to the average tensile force required to stretch the textile along the direction of compression to 125% of its original extension.
For example, the compression fabric 100 has compression directions A, B and C, as well as an infinite number of other compression directions within the textile plane (not shown). For any given compression fabric 100, the compression directions A, B and C can have associated compression forces Fa, Fb and Fe, respectively. For any given compression fabric 100, Fa, Fb and Fe can be the same (non-directional textile) or different (directional). In addition, the compression fabric 100 may have one or more compression regions, such as the compression regions 110, 120 and 130. Each compression region may have different compression characteristics in the same garment. For example, Fe within the compression region 130 may differ from Fe within the compression region 120, and Fa within the compression region 110 may differ from Fa within the compression region 130.

The 800 compression-cosmeto shorts use four increasingly compressive strength fabrics: a non-directional Oxford compression fabric 2; an open non-directional mesh 3 for cooling; a non-directional diamond compression fabric 4; and an elastic jersey fabric non-directional flat equipped with several directional resistance bands 5. 800 cosmetho-compression shorts use non-directional Oxford compression fabric 2 for buttocks 810, crotch 860, hips 830 and lower thighs 840 for tight fit and freedom of movement . The non-directional Oxford compression fabric 2 can provide medium compression to provide support while providing sufficient flexibility for ? comfort. The 800 compression-cosmeto shorts use a non-directional mesh fabric 3 in areas of high perspiration such as a small part of the back 850 for increased cooling and comfort during use. The non-directional mesh 3 can provide medium compression and breathing in areas of high transpiration for maximum cooling. The 800 compression-cosmeto shorts use non-directional diamond compression fabric 4 through the back and front of the 840 thighs to support the surrounding directional resistance materials. The non-directional diamond compression fabric 4 can provide extra-firm compression and strength, and helps increase muscle performance, thereby burning calories and reducing muscle fatigue. The 800 compression-cosmeto shorts use a non-directional flat jersey stretch fabric equipped with several directional resistance bands 5 across much of the thighs lateral and pelvic area, to provide resistance to tonicity muscle groups of "centers" of the thighs such as the quadriceps, hips, as well as the hamstrings.
Figure 9 illustrates a front view and a rear view of an embodiment of an illustrative camisole garment 900 in accordance with the present invention. The camisole garment 900 is a cosmeto-compression garment that provides slimming effects to the user and is particularly configured for use by women. The 900 camisole garment has ergonomically placed compression panels for targeted muscle groups for efficient use of muscles, providing greater calorie burn. The 900 camisole garment can be provided with a garment treatment to achieve tonicity of the skin while reducing the appearance of cellulite. The camisole garment 900 can be used with a variety of cosmeceuticals or other garment treatments, depending on the user's objectives, including, for example, a caffeine treatment in microcapsules, treatment of red algae, green tea treatment or a treatment of retinol, for example for the treatment of acne. The camisole garment 900 may be used, for example, as a sleeping garment to provide health benefits while the wearer sleeps. Camisole garments 900 can also; provide lifting and support, as well as control. The 900 camisole garment is seamless in construction, with different compression regions of the garment using different fabric fabrics in a piece of non-broken fabric. Other embodiments of similar garments in accordance with the present invention may use different materials and fabrics, use different resistance and compression schemes depending on the garment's objectives. The illustrative camisole is constructed of an elastic nylon, but other embodiments may be made of other fabrics to achieve the same or similar results.
In some embodiments, a garment may be formed of separate panels having different compression that are joined together. As shown, the camisole garment 900 has six different compression regions, in order of increasing compression force: a non-directional fine jersey elastic material 1; non-directional mesh material 2; Oxford non-directional compression material 3; 2x1 directional rib compression material 4; non-directional diamond compression material 5; and directional lifting resistance band material 6. In various embodiments, materials that have higher compression strength can be used in garment regions that require more support or strength. The camisole garment 900 is configured to to be used with a garment treatment that provides a thinning effect and · that can be applied by the end user, and periodically renewed, for example when introducing a treatment renewal preparation in the wash during the washing of the illustrative camisole. The illustrative camisole features a bra construction for additional support.
For example, the illustrative camisole uses an elastic jersey material 1 over the bust region 910 of the garment. The elastic material of fine jersey 1 allows the natural shape and light compression to be used under other garments. The 900 camisole garment uses a 2 mesh fabric for comfort in some areas, where little or no slimming effect is necessary. Mesh 2 fabric can provide medium compression and breathing in areas of high transpiration for maximum cooling. Camisole garment 900 uses non-directional Oxford compression material 3 in the region under arm 920 and upper back regions 930, where moderate compression may be desired to achieve a thinning effect, but too much compression would compromise wearing comfort. The non-directional oxford compression material 3 can provide medium compression and provide good bust support. Around the 940 upper hip and 950 lateral torso region, the 900 camisole garment uses rib compression material 2x1 directional 4, with the primary compression direction oriented laterally around the torso of the user. The 2x1 directional rib compression material 4 can provide firm compression, creating a slimming effect and aiding in the burning of calories, as well as increasing the effect of any garment treatments used. This camisole garment area 900 is configured to provide significant thinning effects. The camisole garment 900 uses a non-directional diamond compression fabric panel 5 through the abdominal region 960, which offers relatively high strength and compression to this area to work with the garment treatment to provide high levels of slimming activity. . The non-directional diamond compression fabric 5 provides extra-firm compression and strength for a user's abdominal muscles, and increases the work efficiency of muscle and therefore the burning of calories. Camisole garment 900 • uses a directional lifting resistance band material 6 from under the bust region 910, not for thinning but rather for support, and for keeping the camisole garment 900 against the wearer's body through of the bust 910 and abdominal region 960. The directional lifting resistance band 6 can work to 'hold in place and form the lower part of the bust for a better figure. ||., |, In addition to the illustrative embodiments presented in detail herein, the present invention comprises several additional embodiments of cosmeto-compression garments. The study resulted in 68% of women who saw a reduction in their thigh circumference, with an average reduction of 0.127 cm, 33% (8 of 27) experienced a reduction in thigh circumference after 4 weeks, up to 4.44 cm, with an average of 0. 1 cm 64% (16 of 25) experienced a reduction in thigh circumference after 6 weeks, up to an average of 4.44 cm-1 cm. 70% (19 of 27) experienced a reduction in waist circumference after 4 weeks, up to 7.62 cm - 2.05 cm on average. 88% (22 of 25) had a reduction in waist circumference after 6 weeks, up to 8.25 cm - 3.37 cm on average. Figure 10 illustrates the results of the test. The study also showed that in a study with four-week volunteers, an average 19% increase in skin firmness was measured.
B. Treatment of washing of health garments Clothing covers a large part of the body for most of the day or night, presenting an ideal opportunity for the convenient transfer of cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, cosmeceuticals or other health or wellness treatments. The embodiments of the present invention can use garment care processes, such as washing and drying, to infuse garments such as "specially adapted garments or regular garments", with garment treatments such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, cosmeceuticals or other treatments for produce health, wellness or physical conditioning benefits for the user.
The capacity for garments treated in accordance with various embodiments of the present invention to receive, retaining and releasing various cosmetic, welfare or pharmacological preparations may be a function of the textile fibers, or may be a result of post-fabrication processing, such as a permanent fiber surface treatment provided before or after the fibers are made in a textile, or during any staining or dyeing process. In other embodiments, the garment treatment systems and methods of the invention may be used to treat existing "normal" garment fabrics standard as is known in the apparel art.
In various embodiments of the garment treatment of the present invention, the garments can be treated inherent to washing or cleaning the garment, for example during washing, drying, ironing, dry cleaning or steam cleaning. The systems and methods herein may be used for initial garment processing and for re-treatment or for "reloading" a garment. In various embodiments, the garments treated in accordance with the systems and methods herein may have been previously treated or initially inherent in the manufacture, drying, garment construction, or as a part of a garment post-construction step, or have not been previously treated at all. The effectiveness of the garments treated in accordance with the present invention can then be periodically renewed as necessary by the users upon reapplication or re-provision of garment processing in accordance with the systems and methods herein, for "recharging" them.
For example, one embodiment illustrated in Figure 11 is a package for a water-soluble washing machine 101 that contains washing detergent and garment treatment in one. Another mode is a package for washing machine that contains only garment treatment and not detergent. Some embodiments of the washing machine package can be configured to be added to the washing at the start of the washing cycle, for example, in addition to any detergent to be used.
The package for washing machine 101 is spherical. Various package modalities for washing machine can form several three-dimensional shapes, such as a spherical, ovoid, ellipsoid, cubic, regular hexahedron or other three-dimensional shape. Figure 12 illustrates package for washing machine 1200, which is empirically configured as a bar of soap. The washing machine packages can have several volumes, from a cubic centimeter to fifty cubic centimeters, for example ten cubic centimeters. Some embodiments may have a shell enclosing an internal chamber, wherein other embodiments may be approximately homogeneous compositions, with or without a thin outer membrane for storage and handling. In some embodiments, the package for washing machine may have a shell formed from water-soluble material to allow the content to be released in the wash during the wash cycle. Some embodiments of washing machine packs, in addition to active ingredients such as detergent, fabric softener and garment treatments, may contain fillers, such as an inert filler substance, or other associated substances, for example, a dye, fragrance or builder. rinse.
In some embodiments, the user may enter the package in the wash instead of conventional detergent products. Said embodiments may contain liquid detergent, powder detergent, gel detergent or other form of laundry detergent as the laundry technique is known. In such embodiments, the package can be coated with or enclosed by a soluble shell, which can allow handling and transport of the package without allowing the contents to escape, and which can dissolve in contact with the wash water, releasing the contents. Said package modalities may also include a garment treatment formula, such as in a liquid, powder or other form. ?? various embodiments, the garment treatment formula can be mixed with the detergent, or it can be maintained separately in the package, such as in a separate chamber or sub-capsule inside the package. Said chamber or sub-capsule can be formed, for example, by an extension of shell material to form a separation membrane within the package. In some embodiments, the sub-capsule or chamber surrounding the garment treatment formula can be formed from a thicker or more resistant material, to dissolve more slowly, thus being released later in the wash cycle, such as during the rinse cycle.
Figure 12a illustrates a side cut view of the pack for washing machine 101. Figure 12a illustrates that the pack for washing machine 101 has two chambers, internal chambers, chamber for detergent 111 and chamber for treatment of garments 112. Figure 12a illustrates also the shell of the package for washing machine 101, shell 113.
During the washing cycle, the modalities of the washing machine packages can release garment treatment substances on the clothes, said treatments can persist on the fabric and not be rinsed on. the rinse cycle. Some modalities of the washing machine packages require that the garments be air dried to effectively retain their garment treatment. Other embodiments of the washing machine packages may release a garment treatment on garments that are not degraded or separated from the garment during a subsequent machine drying cycle, and therefore may dry out after washing in a drying machine without affecting the effectiveness of the garment treatment.
Various embodiments of the washing machine package may also include fabric softener, such as mixed with the detergent and / or garment treatment, or in a separate sub-chamber or chamber. Various embodiments of the washing machine package may also include an antistatic substance, such as mixed with the detergent and / or other substances, or in a separate sub-chamber or chamber.
Another embodiment of the present invention is a sheet for washing machine 131, as illustrated in Figure 13. The sheets for washing machine according to the present invention may be fibrous sheets, such as synthetic or natural felt material. In some embodiments, the sheets for washing machine can be infused with a washing detergent, fabric softener, garment treatments or any combination thereof. Several types of sheets for washing machine can be introduced in a washing cycle with clothes, either at the beginning of the cycle or in some modes after the washing cycle and at the start or during the rinsing cycle. In contact with the wash water, the water can dissolve the infused detergent, garment treatment, fabric softener or any combination thereof from the washing machine sheet, allowing the substance dissolved has its intended effect on washing and allowing the fibrous sheet to be inert in the laundry load for the rest of the cycle. After the laundry load is completed, the used washing machine sheet can be discarded. Some sheets for washing machine can be single-use and some can be of multiple use, allowing the introduction in multiple loads of clothes before being exhausted and discarded.
Some types of sheets for washing machine can be sheets for washing machine / dryer. The sheets for washing machine / dryer can be left in the load of laundry after the washing and rinsing cycles are completed. The sheets for the washing machine / dryer can have additional activity when they are introduced in the drying cycle. For example, in addition to a water soluble activity, a sheet for washing machine / dryer may have a thermally triggering activity as well. Said embodiments may be used in a wash cycle, eg cold water, to release a detergent, fabric softener, garment treatment and / or antistatic substance, and then introduced into the dryer with the load. clothing, after which, during a heated drying cycle, the sheet may release an additional substance such as an antistatic, fabric softener and / or garment treatment substance.
Another embodiment of the present invention is a permeable laundry bag containing a powder. For example, a fibrous textile bag, a mesh bag or a perforated bag. Figure 14 illustrates a fibrous clothing bag 141. The fibrous clothing bag 141 is formed of a fibrous material 142. Figure 15 illustrates perforated laundry bags 151. In various embodiments, the powder within the bag can be washing detergent. , soap, fabric softener, antistatic substance, garment treatment or any combination thereof. In various embodiments, the bag itself can be infused with various substances for washing, such as detergent, soap, fabric softener, antistatic substance or any combination thereof. Some embodiments of the laundry bags of the invention can be added to the wash cycle, after which they can be configured to release their laundry washing substance such as detergent and / or any other substance having activity during the wash cycle , including a garment treatment. In some embodiments, after the wash cycle, the vacuum bag can then be transferred with the wet laundry to the dryer for the drying cycle. In some modalities,; The empty bag can have antistatic activity or garment treatment in the dryer.
Modalities of laundry bags, clothes according to the present invention can use laundry detergents and garment treatments that are compatible - in other words, garment treatments that are not easily susceptible to being "removed" by the detergent, such as garment treatments that are not dissolved, subject to tensioactive action or otherwise easily reactive with the detergents or soaps used in the laundry bag, but rather they may be, for example, only reactants with human perspiration or other activation mechanism associated with the use of the garment in the human skin.
A further embodiment of the present invention is a solid dryer bar - a material dispenser configured to be fixed to the internal chamber of a dryer, such as inside the dryer door. Said solid dryer bars can be configured with several fixing elements to fix them inside the dryer. Some embodiments may use an adhesive, such as a heat-resistant adhesive, for example, disposed on adhesive pads. In various modalities, the adhesive may be released or may be permanent.
Figure 16 illustrates one embodiment, solid bar for dryer 161. In said modalities, the solid bar for dryer can release a substance, such as a garment treatment substance, or an antistatic substance, or a fabric softening substance, or any combination thereof - on any clothing that is being dried during the drying cycle. The solid dryer bar 161 has an active ingredient element 162, and a base member 163. The active ingredient element 162 can be a soft solid, for example composed of an inert supply substance infused with an active ingredient such as a treatment of garment or other substance for laundry as described here. The base element 163 can secure the active substance element 162 to the dryer, through several fixing elements (not shown). As illustrated, the solid dryer bar 161 is approximately the shape of a truncated cylinder. Other forms of solid bars for dryer can be in other forms. The modalities of solid rods for dryer can have element of active substance with a volume between 1 cubic centimeter and 100 cubic centimeters, for example, 10 cubic centimeters. In various embodiments, the base member may have a substantially planar mounting surface configured to interface with the interior surface of the dryer. In various embodiments, the mounting surface can have a surface area of between 1 and 200 square centimeters, for example 1.7 square centimeters.
In various embodiments, the active substance element 162 can release the substance (s) for active laundry in response to a dryer heat, or in response to the contact of the laundry with the solid dryer bar in the drying cycle, or combination thereof.
Solid dryer bar embodiments can release active ingredients in the form of vaporized material that can be infused into garments that are dried, for example, or can transmit their active ingredients to clothing that is being dried by rubbing some of their material on the clothes, which can then be uniformly dispersed through the fibers of the clothes by virtue of the heat and / or mechanical stirring of the clothes. In some embodiments of methods that use solid dryer bars, the user can turn the laundry to be treated on the inside before being placed in the dryer, for example to allow any active garment treatment ingredient to be deposited on the interior of the dryer. the garment for improved transfer capacity to the user.
Figure 17 illustrates a side view of a solid dryer bar 161. Figure 17 illustrates the base member 163 and adhesive pads 171. The adhesive pads 171 may be used to secure the solid dryer bar 161 within a dryer, for example interior of the dryer door. Figure 18 illustrates an oblique front view of another embodiment of the solid bar for dryer, solid bar for dryer 181. The solid bar for dryer '181 has an element of active substance 162, and a base element '16. The solid bar for dryer 181 is formed in dome form for consistent and gentle distribution of the active substances contained in the active substance element 162 on the laundry being dried. The solid dryer bar 181 has two sections of active ingredient element; active substance element 162 and second active substance element 182. This allows the solid dryer bar 181 to simultaneously supply two active substances, such as any two of garment treatment, antistatic substance and fabric softener, to the fabrics that are being dried. Figure 19 illustrates a front view of a solid bar for dryer 181. Figure 19 illustrates an active substance element 162, base element 163 and second active substance element 182.
Figure 20 is a side view of a solid bar for dryer 1000, similar to a solid bar for dryer 181 but with one instead of two elements of active substance. Figure 20 shows the active substance element 162 and the base element 163. Figure 20 further illustrates adhesive pads 171, configured for Secure the solid bar for dryer 181 to the interior of a clothes dryer. The adhesive pads 171 can use a heat resistant adhesive to resist heat inside a dryer without release and without causing the solid dryer bar 181 to fall off.
Figure 21 is a front view of solid bar for dryer 1100. The solid dryer bar has an elongated shape and is configured to be fixed inside the door of a clothes dryer machine so that its long axis is perpendicular to the direction of the laundry that is being stirred, allowing the solid bar for dryer 1100 to provide treatment to the entire laundry load uniformly. Figure 21 illustrates that the solid dryer bar 1100 has a base member 163 and an active ingredient element 162. Figure 22 illustrates a side view of a solid bar for dryer 1100, including an active ingredient element 162, element of base 163, and adhesive pads 171.
Various methods using the described systems form a part of the present invention. For example, in a laundry washing method for imparting a health treatment, a user may place a load of conventionally soiled laundry, such as athletic clothing, in a conventional mechanical washing machine. The user may start a standard wash cycle Instead of laundry detergent conventional, the user can then add a laundry wash package. The laundry wash package can then be dissolved in contact with the washing water, freeing laundry detergent and also releasing a garment treatment substance, such as a thinning treatment. After the washing is finished, the user can remove the laundry load and then air dry and load the laundry in a mechanical dryer. After the clothes have dried, the wearer can wear the clothes and experience the health effect of using clean treated clothes.
In another embodiment of a method according to the present invention, a user can load a laundry load onto a conventional mechanical washing machine. Then, instead of adding conventional laundry detergent, the user can add a laundry bag as described herein. The user can select a cold water wash cycle, and the wash bag can release the detergent during the wash cycle to clean the laundry. The wash bag can furthermore release a garment treatment during the wash cycle, said treatment can infuse the laundry, whereby the treatment can be resistant to being removed by the detergent. When the washing and rinsing cycles are completed, the user can remove the wet clothes and then load the wet clothes in a conventional dryer, along with the used laundry bag, which then does not contain detergent or other powders. The user can select a drying cycle with hot air. During the drying cycle, the laundry bag can have an antistatic activity and / or fabric softener, for example through the release of thermally reactive substances.
A further method in accordance with the present invention is a method of treating clothes to have a beneficial health effect through the drying of clothes in a conventional mechanical clothes dryer, such as a residential gas or electric dryer. The method includes that a user fixes a solid bar for dryer according to the example inside the door of the dryer. The user then places a load of clean wet clothes to be treated in the dryer. The user then turns on the dryer in one cycle. ' Normal to dry clothes. After concluding the drying cycle, the user then removes the clothes and uses them, and experiences the health effects of garment treatment supplied.
All described laundry treatment systems, components and methods can be used to treat sheets, for example to impart garment treatment having an inducing or enhancing activity of calm, softness and other inducing or improving activity of sleep or rest, such as aromatherapy or humectants, for example to be used where the air is very dry, alone or together with a humidifier.
Another embodiment of the present invention is a dry cleaning solution that simultaneously cleans the garment and deposits a garment treatment thereon. A further embodiment of the garment treatment delivery systems of the present invention is a washing machine liquid containing a garment treatment and any one or more of the following: detergent, antistatic substance, fabric softener. An additional embodiment is a powder for a washing machine that contains a garment treatment and any one or more of the following: detergent, antistatic substance, fabric softener.
Some embodiments of the present invention can be used to treat specially adapted cosmeto-compression garments. As used herein, "cosmeto-compression" refers to garments that combine strategically placed regions of various compression textiles with cosmeto-textiles or dermo-textiles in a novel way to provide more and different benefits than those that are possible using technologies. existing The embodiments of the present invention can also be used to treat standard compression garments to create cosmeto-compression effects.
In various embodiments of the garment treatment systems of the present invention, garment treatments may be release treatments over time. Other embodiments may use garment treatments configured to release their active ingredient to the user substantially and immediately upon donning or wearing the garment. Some embodiments of the present invention may utilize garment treatments in microcapsules. Other embodiments may use garment treatments in microparticles or nanoparticles that do not involve microcapsules.
The microcapsule and other garment treatments supplied in accordance with the present invention, such as microcapsule treatments, may offer a "dry" hand even immediately after treatment. In some embodiments, the microcapsule treatments may be suspended in a described delivery substance, such as a solid or a liquid, which may dissipate or evaporate after treatment, leaving behind the microcapsules. The active ingredient of the garment treatments may be contained within the microcapsule and be released only in response to mechanical, thermal, chemical or moisture stimulation of the user's skin, and only directly on the wearer's skin. This can result in the ability to use the treated garments under other clothing or as a layer external without any noticeable "rubbing" or "soaking" of garment treatment on other clothing or environmental objects.
In various embodiments of the garment processing systems and methods of the present invention, the release or activity of the active element of the treatment preparation may be triggered during use, such as by circumstances inherent to use. For example, in the case of garments treated with a treatment using microcapsules containing a health preparation, the health preparation can be released as the microcapsules are broken. The microcapsules may break due to friction, such as friction against the user's skin, pressure, temperature, such as the user's body heat, or other circumstances as is known in the microcapsule art.
