Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una novedosa composición farmacéutica en forma sólida de un antiinflamatorio no esteroideo y/o sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables, la cual consiste en una tableta que comprende un sistema de liberación modificada en tres fases las cuales son: a) un núcleo de liberación retardada que se caracteriza por localizarse en el centro de la composición; b) una capa inferior de liberación inmediata, la cual se caracteriza por cubrir total y/o parcialmente al núcleo; y c) una capa superior de liberación prolongada, la cual se caracteriza por cubrir total y/o parcialmente al núcleo. Dicha composición es de administración oral y se utiliza en el tratamiento del dolor leve a moderado ocacionado por cefalea, mialgia, altralgia, dolor ocular, fotofobia, sensación de quemazón secundaria a cirugía ocular, dolor post-operatorio, dolor neuropático, inflamación, entre otros.
