Abstract

El ensamble de pistón (210) separa el primero y segundo orificios (212, 215) en una primera cámara de fluido (214a) selectivamente en comunicación de fluido con una fuente de fluido a presión (220) o un escape, una segunda cámara hermética al fluido (214b) y una tercera cámara de fluido (214c) selectivamente en comunicación de fluido con la fuente de fluido presurizado (220) o el escape.
