Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo de visualización (1), en particular una pantalla de visualización digital, que incluye celdas fotovoltaicas integradas y que comprenden: (a) un arreglo (3) de áreas de imagen (4) que emiten luz o retroiluminación por una fuente de luz (2) colocada detrás del arreglo (3) de las áreas de imagen (4); (b) un arreglo (6) formado por una pluralidad de celdas fotovoltaicas (7,8) y una pluralidad de agujeros (13), en los cuales el arreglo de dos celdas fotovoltaicas adyacentes forma un agujero; y (c) un arreglo de lentes (5) que puede ser usado para enfocar la luz emitida por las áreas de imagen (4) en el agujero entre las dos celdas fotovoltaicas adyacentes (7,8). El dispositivo (1) es caracterizado porque el arreglo de lentes (5) está posicionado entre el arreglo (3) de áreas de imagen (4) y el arreglo (6) de las celdas fotovoltaicas (7,8).
