Abstract
Un sistema de red óptica pasiva que tiene un nodo que se acopla ópticamente a terminales de línea óptica (OLTs), y que se acopla ópticamente a las unidades de red óptica (ONUs) . El nodo incluye al menos un módulo de enlace de fibra (FLM), cada FLM incluye un dispositivo de conversión múltiplex aguas arriba (MCD), y un MCD aguas abajo.
