Abstract
Se describe un agente desoxidante para aceites comestibles, que comprenden partículas de hidróxido de magnesio que contiene el grupo carbonato, representadas por la siguiente fórmula (1) y que tienen un área superficial específica BET de 80 a 400 m2/g o partículas horneadas del mismo, y un método de regeneración de un aceite comestible usado, mediante el empleo del agente desoxidante. Mg(OH)2-x(CO3)0.5.x•mH2O (1) (1) (x satisface 0.02 = x = 0.7; y 0 = m = 1. El agente desoxidante anterior tiene excelente capacidad desoxidante.
