Abstract

Se describe un método de codificación de video, para codificar símbolos de estructura jerárquica, en donde se codifica una imagen de video con base en unidades de datos de estructura jerárquica, se determina un símbolo para la imagen codificada con base en las unidades de datos de estructura jerárquica, se determina una técnica de codificación para el símbolo con base en las propiedades de símbolo como se determinó con base en las unidades de datos de estructura jerárquica, y se codifica el símbolo de conformidad con la técnica de codificación determinada y entonces se envía.
