Abstract

Se describen métodos y aparatos ejemplares para descubrir funciones de red disponibles a través de redes inalámbricas. Un método ejemplar descrito involucra descubrir las primeras funciones de red realizando un intercambio entre una terminal inalámbrica y un punto de acceso de una red de área local inalámbrica. El método también involucra comparar las primeras funciones de red con las funciones de red almacenadas en caché y unir la terminal inalámbrica con el punto de acceso basado en al menos una porción de las primeras funciones de red que coinciden con al menos una porción de las funciones de red almacenadas en caché.
