Abstract

Una metodología que permite el sondeo aperiódico de banda estrecha y saltos de frecuencia a través del uso de una configuración RCC adicional, de este modo se requiere poca o ninguna sobrecarga de Li adicional para soportar saltos de frecuencia de banda estrecha para transmisiones de sondeo aperiódico. Más específicamente, un procedimiento simple para extender la metodología de señal de referencia de sondeo periódico de LTE para incluir sondeo aperiódico. Un beneficio de la técnica propuesta es que permita a cada UE realizar sondeo de canal aperiódico en cada subtrama de sondeo utilizando un procedimiento de saltos de frecuencia donde la banda ancha de sondeo del UE puede estrecharse apropiadamente para igualar su capacidad de enlace. Beneficios adicionales del nuevo procedimiento incluyen mejor utilización de recursos, menor sobrecarga de señalización, índices de actualización de información de canal más rápidos y menos probabilidades de bloqueo.
