Abstract
The present invention claims a food composition that comprises: A) 60% to 80% of carbohydrates; B) 15% to 30% of protein; C) 5% to 10% of amino acids; D) 0.20 to 0.50 of minerals; and E) 0.001 to 0.003% of vitamins. The composition of the present invention is intended to maintain the physical activity and muscular recovery after consuming the same.
