Abstract

The invention refers to a valve with an air inlet which enables the liquid to flow in a continuous manner, the device may be located in the mouth of a demijohn or in the side portion of the same; the invention prevents the hand of the user from being wet upon opening the demijohn for the first time; the invention includes a shutter useful for dispensing the liquid with a single hand. The valve comprises the following parts: a main body with a recess, a shutter where both side portions include a female hinge located at one vertex of the same; the base of the shutter housing a gasket inserted by pressure or glued,; two deflectors for guiding the outlet of the liquid, independent conduits for the water outlet and air inlet into the demijohn, a spring for maintaining the shutter closed when the valve is not in use.
