Abstract
Se proporciona un dispositivo de aspersión en aerosol que comprende un contenedor presurizado o que se puede presurizar que contiene un líquido que se debe descargar desde el dispositivo mediante un propulsor gaseoso que es un gas a una temperatura de 25°C y a una presión de por lo menos 50 bares y un montaje de descarga de aspersión montado sobre el contenedor. El montaje de descarga de aspersión comprende: un vástago de válvula móvil desde una primera posición de límite hacia una segunda posición de límite para efectuar la descarga de la aspersión desde el dispositivo; una- región de salida de aspersión que tiene un orificio de salida desde el cual se descarga el contenedor; un conducto de flujo para proveer un fluido desde el contenedor a la región de salida de aspersión, dicho conducto de flujo tiene por lo menos una primera entrada para el líquido desde el contenedor y por lo menos una segunda entrada a la misma distancia a lo largo del conducto cuando dicha primera entrada(s) o corriente abajo de dicha primera entrada(s) para el gas de propulsor desde un espacio superior del contenedor; y una disposición de válvula adaptada de manera tal que el movimiento del vástago de válvula desde su primera a su segunda posición de límite abra dichas primera y segunda entradas para hacer se cree que un flujo cargado con burbujas en el conducto de flujo y el movimiento del vástago de válvula de regreso hacia su primera posición de límite cierra dicha primera y segunda salidas, en donde (i) el conducto de flujo tiene una superficie de corte transversal equivalente a un círculo con un diámetro de 0,5 mm a 1,5 mm por lo menos en la primera región de la segunda entrada(s) definida en (ii) a continuación; (ii) la primera entrada(s) tiene/tienen una superficie de corte transversal total a aquella de un círculo con un diámetro de 0,15 mm a 1,5 mm con la condición de que por lo menos una primera entrada tenga una superficie de corte transversal equivalente a aquella de un círculo con un diámetro de por lo menos 0,1 mm y (iii) la segunda entrada(s) tiene/tienen una superficie de corte transversal equivalente a aquella de un círculo con un diámetro de 0,1 mm a 0,7 mm de diámetro con la condición de que por lo menos una segunda entrada tenga una superficie de corte transversal equivalente a aquella de un círculo con un diámetro de por lo menos 0,10 mm y con la otra condición de que la segunda entrada(s) tenga/tengan una superficie de corte transversal menor que aquella de la primera entrada(s) y (iv) el orificio de salida de aspersión tiene una superficie de corte transversal menor que la superficie de corte transversal total de la primera entrada(s) y mayor que la superficie de corte transversal totoral de la segunda entrada(s). El dispositivo de aspersión en aerosol puede incorporar cualquier MBU adecuado y/o cualquier inserción apropiada.
