Abstract
Se describen en la presente péptidos aislados derivados de SEQ ID NO: 21 y fragmentos de los mismos que enlazan a un antígeno HLA e inducen linfocitos T citotóxicos (CTL) y de esta manera son adecuados para uso en el contexto de inmunoterapia de cáncer, más particularmente vacunas para el cáncer. Los péptidos inventivos abarcan tanto las secuencias de aminoácidos mencionadas arriba y versiones modificadas de los mismos, en los cuales uno, dos, o. varios aminoácidos son sustituidos, eliminados, agregados o insertados, con tal de que tales versiones modificadas mantengan la capacidad de inducción de CTL y/o de enlace lILA. Se proporcionan además ácidos nucleicos que codifican cualquiera de los péptidos antes mencionados así como agentes, sustancias y/o composiciones farmacéuticas que incluyen o incorporan cualquiera de los péptidos o ácidos nucleicos antes mencionados. Los péptidos, ácidos nucleicos, agentes, sustancias y composiciones farmacéuticas de esta invención encuentran utilidad particular en el tratamiento de cánceres y tumores, que incluyen, por ejemplo, AML, cáncer de vejiga, cáncer de mama, cáncer cervical, carcinoma colangiocelular, CML, cáncer colorrectal, cáncer esofágico, cáncer gástrico, cáncer gástrico tipo difuso, cáncer de pulmón, linfoma, cáncer de próstata, SCLC, y tumor de tejido suave.
