Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un sistema de refuerzo para estructuras de hormigón, que comprende un primer conjunto de elementos de refuerzo configurado para ser conectado y para funcionar en conjunto con un segundo conjunto de elementos de refuerzo, cada uno del primer y segundo conjuntos de elementos de refuerzo comprende un número de unidades más o menos uniformemente configuradas, que se pretende sean unidas juntas, el primer y/o segundo conjunto de elementos de refuerzo es elaborado de fibras de basalto o carbono embebidas en una matriz adecuada. Al menos las unidades que forman el primer conjunto de elementos de refuerzo son suministradas al sitio de la construcción en un estado empaquetado plano y compacto, cada unidad de los primeros elementos de refuerzo es configurada para ser desenrollada en longitudes más largas cuando es colocada en el sitio y de preferencia, es interconectada al menos con varias de las otras unidades de los primeros elementos de refuerzo por medio al menos de una banda flexible o plegable más o menos continua.
