Abstract
La invención se refiere a una lámina de soldadura fuerte recubierta, de níquel, basada en cobalto o basada en níquel-cobalto (1) para la soldadura fuerte a alta temperatura y también un método para conectar al menos dos elementos componentes elaborados de superaleaciones de cristal simple o direccionalmente solidificadas para el propósito de producir o reparar componentes, en particular álabes o aspas de turbinas de gas, utilizando la lámina de soldadura fuerte de acuerdo a la invención. La lámina de soldadura fuerte amorfa (1) producida por medio de un proceso de fusión giratoria tiene un lado superior y un lado inferior, y está caracterizada porque el lado superior y el lado inferior son recubiertos en capa delgada con una película de polvo metálico de soldadura fuerte (2) basado en níquel, basado en cobalto o basado en níquel-cobalto con un tamaño de partícula en el intervalo nanométrico, en donde la lámina de soldadura fuerte (1) y también el polvo de soldadura fuerte (2) comprenden además elementos estabilizadores del contorno de grano como elementos de aleación. Además, pueden estar presentes depresores del punto de fusión en la lámina de soldadura fuerte o en el polvo de soldadura fuerte (2) nanométrico en una cantidad comercialmente común o con una proporción considerablemente incrementada. Con la lámina de soldadura fuerte (1) recubierta de acuerdo a la invención, la temperatura de fusión del material de soldadura fuerte y también la probabilidad de recristalización son ventajosamente reducidas cuando se cobresuelda en el material base adyacente.
