Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con una unidad (10) para la preparación de células contenidas en un líquido que comprende una cámara de almacenamiento (20) configurada para almacenar el líquido que contiene las células y para liberar el líquido almacenado por medio de una abertura de salida (22) con la aplicación de una fuerza externa predeterminada, en particular, una fuerza centrífuga. Un pasaje (30) arreglado adyacentemente a la abertura de salida (22) tiene una sección transversal mayor que la de la abertura de salida (22). La pared en la transición de la abertura de salida (22) al pasaje (30) forma un borde (32). La unidad además comprende un elemento de observación (50) para recibir el líquido liberado y un medio de absorción (40) arreglado adyacente al elemento de observación (50) entre el pasaje (30) y el elemento de observación (50). El medio de absorción (40) tiene una abertura (42) permitiendo que el líquido liberado viaje sobre el elemento de observación (50), y remueve el líquido para dejar las células sobre el elemento de observación (50) para la observación.
