Abstract
Un sistema para generar energía eléctrica incluye un recipiente de almacenamiento de combustible que tiene un interior y un exterior que incluye una pared incluyendo una región de conexión de calor configurada para permitir al calor desde una fuente de calor externa el ser conducido adentro del recipiente de almacenamiento de combustible. El sistema además incluye una región de celda de combustible asociada con una celda de combustible que tiene dos lados, un lado de la celda de combustible expuesto al exterior del recipiente de almacenamiento de combustible y un lado de la celda de combustible expuesto al interior del recipiente de almacenamiento de combustible, en donde la pared esta configurada para aislar el interior del recipiente de almacenamiento de combustible del ambiente afuera del recipiente de almacenamiento de combustible. El sistema además incluye una abertura para recibir una carga de combustible para almacenamiento en el recipiente de almacenamiento de combustible, la celda de combustible tiene dos lados y una conexión eléctrica proporcionar acceso a la energía generada por la celda de combustible.
