Abstract
De acuerdo con un aspecto preferido de la presente invención, se proporciona aquí un sistema y método para extender el análisis de iluminación de la ecuación de la onda sumada o de desviación cero hacia el dominio de la agrupación de ángulos, en donde llega a ser una herramienta apropiada para evaluar los efectos de la sobrecarga compleja sobre la respuesta de AVA. Un método preferido para hacer esto involucra primero crear una agrupación de ángulos que tiene una respuesta de AVA perfecta (es decir una amplitud constante como una función del ángulo). Esta agrupación es utilizada entonces preferentemente como un mapa de reflectividad que es alimentado en un proceso de migración inversa que crea los datos modelados que por construcción llevan con los mismos una signatura de reflectividad completamente plana. La remigración de tal conjunto de datos conduce entonces a una agrupación sobre cual cualquier variación de la amplitud es más probable que sea una medida de los efectos de iluminación solos. La signatura de AVA resultante sobre la agrupación puede ser utilizada entonces para evaluar la validez de la respuesta de AVA sobre los datos modelados o reales, que conducen a un análisis del riesgo de AVA útil.
