Abstract

Es establece un método novedoso para fabricar 5-metil-2- (piperidin-4-ilamino) piridina. Este método puede usarse como un método de fabricación industrial para producir un derivado de ácido 4-(5-metilpiridin-2-ilamino)piperidin-1-carboxílico representado por la fórmula general, (ver fórmulas) en donde R representa un grupo alquilo lineal o ramificado que tiene 1 hasta 6 átomos de carbono o un grupo aralquilo que tiene 7 hasta 12 átomos de carbono en una solución de reacción que tiene un hidrocarburo monociclico aromático como un medio de reacción, en presencia de triacetoxiborohidruro de sodio como un agente reductor, o después de agregar borohidruro de sodio y ácido acético a la solución de reacción con anticipación.
