Abstract
La invención se refiere a un dispositivo, sistema y método para emulsionar aceite y agua, para emulsionar un agente pegante a ser usado en el tratamiento de papel o cartón, que involucra alimentar una fase continua bajo presión a través de una boquilla (66), proporcionar una fase continua de un dispositivo Venturi (50) y hacia una sección de mezclado. Una fase dispersa se alimenta opcionalmente bajo presión hacia una sección (60) de mezclado del dispositivo Venturi.
