Abstract

Un objetivo de la presente invención es proveer una bebida carbonatada que contiene polvo de soya o leche de soya, en donde la bebida carbonatada se provee con un sabor refrescante a ácido carbónico así como nutrientes y buen sabor derivado de las soyas, y el ingrediente derivado de soya se mantiene establemente sin que se coagule, incluso cuando el contenido del ingrediente derivado de soya es alto; mediante el ajuste del pH de la bebida carbonatada que contiene polvo de soya y/o leche de soya a un pH de 5.7 o mayor, es posible mantener establemente el ingrediente derivado de soya sin coagulación, y proveer la bebida con un sabor refrescante a ácido carbónico así como nutrientes y buen sabor derivado de las soyas.
