Abstract
La invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la preparación de materiales compuestos que contienen como primera capa un portador termoplástico espumado y como segunda capa poliuretano (PUR), en donde los materiales compuestos resultantes se caracterizan por una mejor adherencia de la espuma, en donde se prepara (i) una masa de moldeo espumada de policarbonato con ayuda de procedimientos de espumado químicos o físicos en el procedimiento de moldeo por inyección, y (ii) se aplica encima el sistema de reacción de poliuretano y se deja reaccionar. Otro objeto de la invención son los sistemas compuestos preparados de acuerdo con este procedimiento y su uso como componente, en especial en el sector automotor.
