Abstract
La invención se refiere a materiales y métodos para conjugar un polímero soluble en agua con un resto de carbohidrato oxidado de una proteína de coagulación sanguínea que comprende poner en contacto el resto de carbohidrato oxidado con un polímero soluble en agua activado en condiciones que permiten la conjugación. Más específicamente, la presente invención se refiere a los materiales y métodos mencionados anteriormente en donde el polímero soluble en agua contiene un grupo aminooxi activo y en donde se forma un enlace oxima entre el resto de carbohidrato oxidado y el grupo aminooxi activo en el polímero soluble en agua. En una realización de la invención, la conjugación se lleva a cabo en presencia del catalizador nucleófilo de anilina. Adicionalmente, el enlace oxima generado puede estabilizarse mediante reducción NaCNBH3 para formar un enlace de alcoxiamina.
