Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un dispositivo de abertura y cierre (1; 101) para un envase (50; 150) en material flexible con el objeto de envasar productos de fluidos, el dispositivo que comprende un cuerpo de embudo (3; 103) y un elemento de abertura y cierre (4; 104) asociado de manera removible con dicho cuerpo de embudo (3; 103) y caracterizado en que comprende además una base (2; 102), considerablemente aplanada y modelada de manera que puede plegarse alrededor de una porción perimétrica (6; 106) de perfil externo predeterminado de dicho cuerpo de embudo (3; 103) y puede sellarse periféricamente al mismo, dicha base (2; 102) con el objeto de sellarse en la parte inferior para una porción predeterminada de dicho envase flexible (50; 150) proporcionada con una abertura o que puede abrirse de manera que lo trae en comunicación de fluido dicho cuerpo de embudo (3; 103) con el volumen interno de dicho envase flexible (50; 150). La presente invención de la misma manera se relaciona con los envases para los productos de fluidos que comprende un envase flexible y un dispositivo del tipo antes mencionado para la abertura y cierre del envase flexible y también los métodos de envase de productos de fluidos en estos paquetes.
