Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a enzimas y/o polipéptidos y/o mezclas de interés que son evaluados durante la hidrólisis del material celulósico por el uso de constituyentes indicadores tales como agentes fluorescentes, conduciendo a un análisis de alto rendimiento eficiente de las enzimas y/o polipéptidos. También se describe un ensayo de alto rendimiento para el análisis de, inter alia, la hidrólisis del forraje de maíz pre-tratado (PCS).
