Abstract

Cuando se moldea un neumático no vulcanizado, un miembro que constituye el neumático que tiene una unión se enrolla alrededor de un cuerpo que se va a moldear con alta precisión mientras se evita el triple traslape; cuando un medio de detección (60) detecta una unión en la cercanía de la posición de corte de un miembro que constituye el neumático (G), el miembro que constituye el neumático (G) se corta en una longitud más corta que una longitud predeterminada al remover la unión; el extremo frontal y el extremo posterior del devanado del miembro que constituye el neumático (G) se mantienen por medios de sujeción y engomado de extremo frontal (40) y medios de sujeción y engomado de extremo posterior (50), el miembro que constituye el neumático (G) se alarga a la longitud predeterminada al separar los medios tanto de sujeción como de engomado (40, 50) uno del otro, y posteriormente los medios tanto de sujeción como de engomado (40, 50) se mueven al lado de un cuerpo (H) que se va a moldear; de aquí en adelante, el extremo frontal del miembro que constituye el neumático (G) se engoma al cuerpo (H) que va a ser moldeado, el miembro que constituye el neumático (G) se enrolla alrededor del cuerpo (H) que va a ser moldeado al girar un soporte (2), los medios de sujeción y engomado de extremo posterior (50) se mueven al lado del cuerpo (H) que se va a moldear de acuerdo con el devanado, y posteriormente el extremo posterior del miembro que constituye el neumático (G) se une al extremo frontal del mismo.
