Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a la mejora del horno convencional de cocción de alta velocidad basado en una combinación de impacto de aire caliente y calentamiento con microondas al proporcionar una variación espacial dependiente en tiempo en el impacto neto de aire y/o la energía neta de microondas aplicada al producto alimenticio en el horno. Esto con miras a optimizar las eficiencias de la transferencia de calor y de microondas en un horno de cocción de alta velocidad, permitiendo de este modo que el horno efectúe una eficiencia óptima de cocción en comparación al horno convencional de cocción de alta velocidad. Además, bajo las modalidades de la presente invención, la eficiencia de cocción se puede optimizar adicionalmente al proporcionar una cámara entre cada pared de la cámara de cocción y el alojamiento del horno.
