Abstract

Una mezcla refractaria en seco y un método para aplicar la mezcla refractaria en seco a una superficie. Un aspecto de la invención utiliza mezclas de inyección de lechada sin cemento. La mezcla refractaria en seco puede incluir también un agente de fraguado que se mezcla de forma homogénea con la mezcla refractaria. En operación, cuando se utiliza con sistemas neumáticos, el material refractario en seco se coloca en una tolva de una máquina lanzadora de cemento, se introduce en una corriente de aire, y se transporta por aire a través de una o más mangueras a una tobera. Se introduce un líquido aglutinante en la corriente de aire para mezclarse con el material refractario en seco suspendido en o delante de la tobera. Un accesorio, tal como un anillo de agua con orificios, puede utilizarse para inyectar el aglutinante en la corriente de aire que contiene el material refractario en seco. El material refractario/aglutinante mezclado se descarga a través de la tobera para su aplicación en una superficie.
