Abstract

Se proveen métodos para tratar biomasa vegetal con amoniaco para proporcionar biomasa vegetal pre-tratada con amoniaco y usar la biomasa vegetal pre-tratada con amoniaco para estimular el crecimiento o para promover la síntesis enzimática en un microorganismo que produzca enzimas. El proceso puede realizarse de forma económica y eficiente en una instalación de producción de productos biológicos.
