Abstract
Se describe un método para optimizar las funciones costosas con restricciones no lineales costosas. El método incluye seleccionar datos muestra para evaluar una función costosa de una simulación, generar un modelo Proxy de la función para la función costosa y un modelo Proxy de la restricción para una restricción no lineal costosa de la función costosa utilizando un esquema de aproximación, calcular un primer punto de solución para la simulación utilizando los modelos Proxy y evaluar la función costosa en el primer punto de solución utilizando los datos muestra. Cuando la función costosa y los modelos Proxy no convergen en el primer punto de solución, el método además incluye adicionar el primer punto de solución a los datos muestra para actualizar los modelos Proxy. El método además incluye repetir el cálculo y evaluación de los puntos de solución hasta que la función costosa y los modelos Proxy converjan y, después de la convergencia, identificar una solución óptima del modelo Proxy de la función y el modelo Proxy de restricciones.
