Abstract
The microkiller is a novel formula which is not currently available on the market, and refers to an antiseptic, antimicrobial solution for stimulating the tissue granulation and an early wound healing, without the side effects of the current products created for the same purpose than the microkiller. The four main components, currently available on the market, are: 1. - Isotonic saline solution at 0.9% 1000ml. 2. - Sodium hypochlorite or chloride (common name) at 5%. 3. - Sodium bicarbonate in powder, 50 grs, sterile. 4. - Chloramphenicol or chloramphenicol sol. From 15 ml, topic, at a concentration of 5 mg. per ml total 75 mgs. The microkiller is therefore a unique formula due to its components, formula and benefits.
Description
LOCAL SMALL SPECTRUM SOLUTION, BASED ON SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE, SODIUM BICARBONATE, CHLORAMPHENICOL, SOAP AND 0.9% SALINE SOLUTION.
i
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:
Currently, all local antiseptics, are in different forms and percentages, toxic and harmful to human tissues, even destroy them. Its mode of action is precisely the destruction of living tissues or unicellular and multicellular microorganisms, through chemical and toxic anti-microbial agents, which cause different degrees of damage and tissue destruction. including damage to the circulatory, lymphatic and nervous system present in all wounds, thus avoiding a good blood supply, which may favor the presence of the necessary nutrients, for healing, oxygen, platelets, proteins, and immune defense cells, thus leaving completely isolated the injured area, ready to be infected again, because the most superficial layer of the wound, is almost completely destroyed, leaving dead tissue, which easily becomes infected again. In addition, for this reason delay or prevent adequate and rapid healing. It is necessary to mention that all the antiseptics existing today, cause some toxicity or allergic reactions in different degrees, in the short, medium and long term. It is also worth mentioning that its industrial production is harmful to the environment, according to its nature. Even if they should not be discharged to the environment, by the harmful and toxic effect. In addition to more expensive, speaking economically. Most of them are even unstable in the face of sunlight and the environment, which is why they must be distributed in non-transparent containers. Resistances and growth of bacteria have also been found in some of these antiseptic solutions, currently in use. Which makes its effectiveness doubtful, to fulfill the function, for which it was created. 1
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION:
This antiseptic solution is used in the field of Human and Veterinary Medicine, for
antiseptic cleaning and promote the healing and healing of all kinds of wounds that expose the internal organs (Dermis, Muscle, Tendons, Ligaments, Bone, Circulatory System, Nervous System, even organs of the digestive system) of the human and any animal. That potentially can be infected, to be exposed to the environment because of a traumatic wound, puncture-cutting, chemical or physical burn, and even surgical). Preventing Infections, Sterilizing the skin and tissues. Infected wounds, even serious, are excellently solved with the application of this antiseptic solution, even reducing up to 70% recovery time. In non-infected wounds, rapid healing is favored, by not interfering in it, leaving the wound clean, permeable to the necessary nutrients and in direct contact both walls of the wound in question. !
I invented this antiseptic solution of broad spectrum, non-toxic and promoting healing, about 2 years ago, mixing the following 5 substances! very common in the medical profession: SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE 5%, SODIUM BICARBONATE POWDER, CHLORAMPHENICOL 5MG / ML OPHTHALMIC SOLUTION, 0.9% SALINE SOLUTION AND PURE AND COLORLESS LIQUID SOAP. Which had never been mixed together, for a similar purpose. We must also make the observation, that the original solution is soap-free, is the basic solution, used in uninfected wounds or in full recovery, where it is no longer necessary to use soap, there is no need to carve or cure by dragging with soap, to remove purulent material or foreign material that could potentially infect that wound, for which soap is added to the solution, which obviously facilitates the aseptic and antisepsis area
INGREDIENTS OF THE WIDE SPECTRUM ANTISEPTIC SOLUTION (SOLUANAME),
As shown in FIGURE 1, the preparation of this antiseptic solution requires five ingredients: 1 liter (1000ml) of 0.9% saline solution as a base, 50 grs. Bicarbonate Powder, 100ml. Of Sodium Hypochlorite at 5% concentration (household chlorine), 75mgs. Chloramphenicol in ophthalmic solution, at a concentration of 5mgs. / my. (15ml) and 50 mi. Of colorless liquid soap. It should be clarified that two different solutions are prepared, one with soap and the other without soap. The above is necessary to use each solution in different times of recovery of the wounds, or depending on the type of injury, infected or not infected.
PREPARATION OF THE SOLUTION:
As shown in FIGURE 2, the base solution is the 0.9% saline solution, 1000 ml is required. Or a liter, it is assumed that the solution is sterile, at room temperature, to this solution, it is added in 1st. Place the 50 grams of bicarbonate powder, sterile also, mix homogeneously, until no sediment. This solution or complete mixture can take a time of approximately 5 to 10 minutes. In 29. Place the Sodium Hypochlorite, 100ml. As shown in FIGURE 3. It is also mixed until the color is uniform and there is no sediment or lumps, and it is completed homogenizing. In 3rd. Place, as seen in IMAGE 4, 15 mi. of Chloramphenicol ophthalmic solution, at a concentration of 5 mg. For me. which contain in total 75mgs. Total. In the figure the chemical reaction is observed with changes of transparent yellow color to a milky or whitish solution, which changes to a total crystalline color, when it is mixed until a completely crystalline solution remains, without sediment, colorless, stable to the environment , forming a true solution, as shown in IMAGE 5. This is the

original solution, which will be used in uninfected, new or recent wounds, either accidental or surgical, where an antisepsis can be performed prior to the incision and after surgery, in potentially infectious cases, to prevent infections and!

favor rapid healing, by allowing adequate blood circulation, as it does not
I
it damages circulatory, lymphatic, nervous, connective or muscular tissues, bone, etc. Which will ensure the nutritional intake, oxygen, and material needed for healing. To this original solution, you can add 50 ml. Pure liquid soap, colorless, to obtain the soap solution, which will be used on wounds already infected and difficult asepsis, so that the soap helps the proper removal and cleaning of the infected wound, covered with fibrin and purulent material, until leaving Completely clean and ready to heal.
The advantage of this solution, compared to all known antiseptics, until today, is that by disinfecting them and performing antisepsis, it does not damage the tissues, or the damage is minimal. This allows the blood circulation to remain adequate, to provide the wound in question with the necessary nutrients, as well as oxygen and platelets, proteins, lymphatic cells and everything necessary for the tissue to be repaired immediately! The severed parts with the trauma or wound in question, the lymphatic system, nervous, connective tissue, muscle, bone, etc. are also maintained intact. Unlike other antiseptics, which, therefore, and due to their nature of antisepsis or mode of action, destroy the superficial layers of the wound, infected or not, destroying all blood vessels, lymphatic vessels, nervous, muscle, protein tissues , etc. leaving a layer of dead tissue, which immediately is susceptible to infection, obstructing direct contact between the severed or separated tissue, by the wound. In addition, of course, which prevents the body, provide the necessary nutrients to perform tissue repair. By the mode of action of this antiseptic solution of broad spectrum, leaves ready1 the separated tissues, to join together and thus perform the healing action.
By mixing these ingredients in this antiseptic solution, we obtain a very broad spectrum effectiveness, until today, without microbial resistance, in the laboratory studies carried out with cultures. Call it bacteria, fungi or parasites, in any wound infected or potentially infected, because it prevents it from being colonized. In addition, until today, there have been no allergic or toxic reactions in any of the patients in which it has been applied, either in the short or long term, the results have been 100% effective, in all types of injuries . The only difference is the response time, which will depend on the infectious or destructive state, typical of each wound and the time it takes to evolve.
I
This antiseptic solution of broad spectrum, non-toxic and promoting healing, has not produced toxicity or allergic reactions, nor resistance, nor allows the growth of microorganisms within the solution, when they have been grown in different media.
In conclusion, until today, there is no other antiseptic solution that has the same components, that has the same application and that the same results are obtained, achieving healing much faster, by not damaging the tissues separated by the wound suffered, allowing they are free of infectious micro-organisms and remain intact in their tissue structure, whether circulatory, nervous, lymphatic, conjunctive, adipose, muscular, bony, etc. That they have been involved in the damage caused by the wound. Due to the above, the cicatricial process begins immediately. One feature that possibly makes a big difference is that the base on which the preparation of this broad spectrum antiseptic solution is made, is the 0.9% saline solution, which has the same osmolarity as blood serum and intracellular fluid, this facilitates the filtration of the solution and its spreading on the living tissues, without damaging them, unlike water, which, having a different osmolarity, causes cell damage so severe that it causes the cells with which it comes into contact to explode. , that's what happens with all the other antiseptic solutions, which are dissolved in water, as a base.

And the pure and colorless liquid soap, can vary in its concentrations, according to the needs of its application, if it is applied only in uninfected wounds, or in higher concentrations, to treat highly infected wounds, or the concentration is decreased up to 75%, 50% or 25%, if it is used for nasal washes or pharyngitis (gargles). Well, the antiseptic function is very effective also in this type of infections. R E S U M E N D E L I N V E N C I O N: This invention is a broad spectrum antiseptic solution, diluted in sterile 0.9% isotonic solution, 1000ml. To which 50 grams are added. Bicarbonate powder, until complete dilution, then add 100 ml. Of 5% sodium hypochlorite, also up to its total dilution, to this is also added 15 ml of ophthalmic solution of Cloramfenicol at a concentration of 5 mg / ml. And if the wound is very infected and damaged, 50ml is added. Of pure and colorless liquid soap. These concentrations may vary, according to the needs of the wound, on which it will be applied, and the frequency and time for which it will be used will also be taken into account. The object of this invention has been to create a broad spectrum antiseptic solution, totally different from those existing in the market and in human and animal medicine, which it is supposed to replace, since it provides better results, as a result of the mixture of its components and its mode of action, which when dissolved in 0.9% isotonic saline, penetrates more easily between the tissues, impregnating the cells of the tissue affected by the wound to be treated, without damaging them, since it is isotonic the base, does not cause cell death as it happens with normal water. In addition, its components are not as harmful or aggressive, or toxic to the cellular tissues with which it comes into contact, as with other antiseptic solutions already on the market.Obviously they are water based. The components of the same, which by themselves, had not been mixed for a similar or similar purpose, form an antiseptic solution of very broad spectrum, which is very effective in any wound infected by any bacteria, parasite or fungus that the I have colonized. The addition of pure and colorless liquid soap will be necessary for very damaged wounds, with a lot of dead tissue, with purulent material or with foreign bodies that require a soapy solution, to achieve better drag at the time of asepsis and antisepsis.
