Abstract

Se describen métodos para realizar transacciones seguras en línea, los cuales involucran dos servidores de internet controlados independientemente. Con el fin de completar una transacción, un usuario interactúa concurrentemente con cada uno de los dos servidores de internet y puede ocurrir la autenticación entre el usuario y cada servidor de internet y entre los servidores de internet. Cada uno de los dos servidores de internet proporciona datos que se usan para completar la transacción y los datos proporcionados por el primer servidor de internet se comunican directamente al segundo servidor de internet para uso en la transacción. En una modalidad, el primer servidor de internet proporciona una página de internet que permite a un usuario especificar una variable que se usa en la transacción. Esta se comunica al segundo servidor de internet, el cual procesa la transacción junto con un identificador para el mensaje. El identificador se puede usar para validar la variable antes de que se use para procesar la transacción. Luego de completar una transacción, esto se puede reportar en tiempo real al primer servidor de internet.
