Abstract

Se describe un método para preparar un compuesto de la Fórmula (1) que comprende poner en contacto un compuesto de la Fórmula (2) con un reactivo de cianuro metálico, un reactivo de sal de cobre(I), un reactivo de sal de yoduro y al menos un compuesto de la Fórmula (3) (ver fórmulas) en donde R1 es NHR3 o OR4; R2 es CH3 o Cl; R3 es H, alquilo de C1-C4, ciclopropilo, ciclopropilciclopropilo, ciclopropilmetilo o metilciclopropilo; R4 es H o alquilo de C1-C4 X es Br o Cl; y R5, R6, R7 y R8 son como se definieron en la descripción. También se describe un método para preparar un compuesto de la Fórmula (4) en donde R11, R12, R13 y Z son como se definieron en la descripción, que usa un compuesto de la Fórmula (1) caracterizado por la preparación del compuesto de la Fórmula (1) por el método descrito anteriormente o por medio del uso de un compuesto de la Fórmula (1) que se prepara por el método descrito anteriormente.
