Abstract

La invención se relaciona con un inyector (1) de vapor ajustable del tipo el cual tiene un alojamiento (2) de inyector con una entrada (3) para un producto el cual se va a calentar y una entrada (5) para vapor. El alojamiento (2) de inyector tiene también una salida (4) para el producto mezclado con vapor. El inyector (1) también incluye un cuerpo (6) de inyector desplazable en el alojamiento (2) de inyector. Alrededor del extremo frontal del cuerpo (6) de inyector se colocan separaciones (13, 14) concéntricas para producto y vapor, respectivamente. El cuerpo (6) de inyector tiene un rebajo (9) en su extremo frontal. Este rebajo (9) tiene el mismo grado que la superficie en sección transversal del cuerpo (6) de inyector y tiene su profundidad más grande en el centro del cuerpo (6) de inyector.
