Abstract
La presente invención propone un aparato de distribución de carga para un incinerador que comprende un tubo de descarga de distribución de carga y un mecanismo conductor (12) con un primer eje impulsor giratorio (14) para hacer girar el tubo de descarga de distribución de carga y un segundo eje impulsor giratorio (16) para cambiar el ángulo de inclinación del tubo de descarga de distribución de carga; el primer y segundo ejes impulsores (14, 16) están acoplados a primer y segundo motores respectivos (18, 22) por medio de un mecanismo de engrana planetario (20) para impulsar el primer y segundo ejes impulsores (14, 16); cada uno del primer y segundo ejes impulsores giratorios (14, 16) tienen un primer extremo (24, 24') con un primer piñón (26, 26') que interactúan con el mecanismo de engrane planetario (20) y un segundo extremo (28, 28') con un segundo piñón (30, 30') interactuando con el tubo de descarga de distribución de carga, el segundo extremo (28, 28') del eje impulsor giratorio (14, 16) extendiéndose a través de una pared de incinerador (32) dentro del incinerador, un elemento de sello primario (46, 46') siendo dispuestos entre la pared de incinerador (32) y el eje impulsor giratorio (14, 16); el primer eje impulsor giratorio (14) tiene un primer eje de rotación y el segundo eje impulsor giratorio (16) tiene un segundo eje de rotación dispuesto paralelo a y a una distancia determinada desde el primer eje de rotación; un receptáculo hueco (34, 34') se proporciona en la pared del incinerador (32) para cada uno de los ejes impulsores giratorios (14,16), el receptáculo (34, 34') que comprende un primer extremo (36, 36') fuera del incinerador y orientado el mecanismo impulsor (12) y un segundo piñón (30, 30'), el eje impulsor giratorio (14, 16) extendiéndose a través del receptáculo (34, 34'); el segundo extremo (38, 38') del receptáculo (34, 34') comprende una segunda pared de extremo (42, 42') en donde el elemento de sello primario (46, 46') está dispuesto entre el receptáculo (34, 34') y el eje impulsor giratorio (14, 16), de manera que se orienta el segundo piñón (30, 30'), el segundo piñón (30, 30')siendo conectado en forma que se puede remover al eje impulsor giratorio (14, 16).
