Abstract

Un sistema biosensor determina la concentración de analito a partir de una señal de salida generada de una especie identificable con la luz o una reacción redox del analito. El sistema biosensor ajusta una correlación para determinar las concentraciones de analito a partir de las señales de salida con una o más funciones de índice extraídas de las señales de salida. Las funciones de índice determinan por lo menos un valor de desvío en la pendiente, S, o desvío en la pendiente normalizada a partir de uno o más parámetros de error. La correlación ajustada por la pendiente entre las concentraciones de analito y las señales de salida se pueden utilizar para determinar las concentraciones de analito que tienen exactitud y/o precisión mejoradas a partir de las señales de salida incluyendo componentes atribuibles a la desviación.
