Abstract

La invención proporciona un método para perforar un pozo con un fluido de perforación que comprende un surfactante viscoelástico que esencialmente detiene la fuga de fluido después de la perforación en una condición sobre equilibrada. Otro aspecto de la invención proporcionar el propio fluido de perforación. La pozo tiene un pozo de sondeo definido por un entubado generalmente cilíndrico en cuando menos una porción del pozo de sondeo (es decir, el pozo de sondeo está entubado, aún cuando no está necesariamente entubado en su longitud completa). El método comprende colocar un dispositivo de perforación en un pozo de sondeo que incluye cuando menos una carga de perforación explosiva que se puede detonar a fin de perforar el entubado y permitir que los fluidos de formación entren al pozo de sondeo. Un fluido de perforación que incluye cuando menos un surfactante viscoelástico se coloca en el pozo de sondeo entre el dispositivo de perforación y el entubado, en cuando menos una porción del pozo de sondeo. En otras palabras, el fluido de perforación está presente en el pozo de sondeo adyacente al dispositivo de perforación. La carga explosiva en el dispositivo de perforación se detona, de modo que el dispositivo de perforación forme cuando menos una perforación en el entubado y permita el flujo de fluidos de formación de hidrocarburo desde la formación subterránea hacia el pozo de sondeo. Como resultado de la detonación, cuando menos una porción del fluido de perforación se pone en comunicación con la formación subterránea.
